1. What currency are your prices?

All our prices shown are in US Dollars. If you prefer, please use our convenient currency converter to switch between Canadian Dollars and Euros. As we are a global company, these are the only currencies that we accept.

2. Do you accept Cash on Delivery? Do you accept Coins?

No, we do not accept cash on delivery or coins.

3. Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship discreetly worldwide. There will be no logo or mention of products on the package.

4. What free seeds will I receive when I spending $100 or more, not including shipping?

When you spend $100 at Marijuana Seeds Express, we will give you free seeds up to the value of $50. This means that if you have ordered feminized seeds we will give you 5 additional feminized seeds of your choice. If you order indoor/outdoor seeds, we will give you 10 additional indoor/outdoor seeds of your choice. We encourage our customers to take advantage of this offer to try a new strain.

5. How do I know you won’t keep my money and not send any seeds to me?

At Marijuana Seeds Express we value our customer’s loyalty. Keeping your money and not sending you the product would be unethical and wrong. We want your experience to be one where you can trust us and feel that you can keep ordering from our site. It is in our best interest to create a loyal customer base and hopefully have good repeat customers.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders that we receive are shipped within 12 hours of receiving payment. This will depend upon your countries customs and postal system. On average it can take 5 to 13 days. All orders must clear customs and then they are delivered. There are 2 reasons why your product might not arrive. 1. In some countries marijuana seeds are not allowed to be imported. 2. Some countries you are not allowed to import agricultural products such as seeds, fruits or vegetables.

7. Do we guarantee delivery?

Yes we do guarantee delivery through our $30.00 insurance/tracking shipping. This allows us to know if your order arrived or not. We always try our best to ensure you get your product but sometimes due to random inspections the very odd order is seized. If it is, we will ship your order out again for no additional charge.
